NEW APPLICANT WORKSHOP

Event Details
The ANCC Accreditation Program will hold a New Applicant Workshop for organizations interested in applying to become an ANCC Accredited Provider/Approver, New Lead Nurse Planners (LNPs), and New Nurse Peer Review Leaders (NPRLs). The workshop will include an overview of the 2015 Accreditation Criteria and educational design process, including definitions of terms, interpretation of criteria, understanding the application and review process, and awarding of accreditation. Participants successfully completing this activity will be awarded contact hours.

The ANCC Accreditation Program identifies organizations worldwide that demonstrate excellence in continuing nursing education (CNE). Accredited organizations use evidenced-based ANCC criteria to plan, implement and evaluate the highest quality CNE activities.

Providers are organizations in any country that develop CNE activities using ANCC criteria.
Approvers are organizations in the US that approve CNE providers for compliance with ANCC criteria.

Registration Fee: $300
Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Currently-accredited organizations may also participate.

ACCREDITED PROVIDER WORKSHOP

American Nurses Credentialing Center

Event Details
The ANCC Accreditation Program will hold a Provider Workshop for Accredited Providers and will focus on the structural capacity of the Provider Unit and professional development of the Lead Nurse Planner.  Participants successfully completing the activity will be awarded 6.75 contact hours.

The ANCC Accredited Provider Workshop is provided by the Montana Nurses Association.  Montana Nurses Association is accredited with distinction as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

Registration Fee: $300
Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

ACCREDITED APPROVER WORKSHOP

Event Details
The ANCC Accreditation Program will hold an Accredited Approver Workshop for organizations currently accredited as approvers (C/SNA, FNS, SNOs or OA).  The Approver Workshop will focus on the structural capacity of the Approver Unit and the professional development of Nurse Peer Review Leaders.  This workshop is for Nurse Peer Review Leaders (NPRL) and Nurse Peer Reviewers ONLY.  Participants successfully completing this activity will be awarded 6.75 contact hours.
